Job Description

Regional Manager - Debt Management Services - DCC
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection targets for the states or region assigned.

Meet targets on cost of collections, ensuring PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure in letter and spirit.

Ensure that collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by law.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Continuously monitor collection agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and prevent losses.

Maintain write-off percentage within risk pricing.

Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows.

Handle customer issue escalations.

Provide feedback on credit policy based on market conditions.

Approve waivers on PI as per delegation matrix.

Ensure documented feedback and action taken on all cases in soft buckets.

Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.

Manage and support mechanisms for legal or police issues.

Ensure audit queries are complied with, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Manage productivity by setting productivity parameters for DMA/agencies/collection executives, monitoring performance against set parameters, conducting daily reviews with Area Managers, and monthly reviews with Collection Officers.

Recruit collection officers and area managers.

Constantly evaluate collection officers and area managers.

Required Qualifications and Experience
