What you will do:

• To ensure that region achieve Franchisee acquisition and servicing targets for Mutual Fund / Insurance Business
• Build partnerships and alliances with top IFAs / Equity Partners in West India.
• Driving sales and meet the assigned sales/revenue targets from the mapped IFAs / Equity Partners
• Responsible for service, timely resolution of partner queries
• Plan & strategies acquisition of potential new IFA/ Mutual Fund - Sub broker /channel partners
• To organize events and activities for generating new leads for sub broker acquisition / Business
• To constantly engage with Equity Franchisees / IFA to generate business
• To analyze and continuously monitor performance of team
• Developing programs for Maintaining channel partner relationship
• Conduct regular engagement and knowledge sharing programs with Franchisee Partners
• To budget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs of the branches are met
• Controlling attrition
• To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution within stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channel
• Monitoring LMS activities
• Driving/ motivate team in achieving defined sales targets

Who You Are

• Sales & acquisition experience, Customer Service, Customer Relationship,
• Relationship Management, Good knowledge of financial market
• Candidate with the knowledge of regional language will be desired preferred
• Good knowledge & social network of the city.
• He should be flexible enough to travel.
• Should have good communication and convincing skills
• Should be open to work in target-oriented environment.
• Should be a go getter and self-focused.
