Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition (hunting) and strengthen existing client relationships (farming).
  • Achieve regional sales targets and product segment-wise goals.
  • Ensure timely collections as per client-agreed payment terms.
  • Expand geographical reach by identifying and onboarding new clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to derive strategic insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, marketing, and customer support.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Agriculture; MBA in Marketing or Agribusiness preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate account management in agri inputs or allied sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel 1520 days per month.
  • Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
