Roles and Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition (hunting) and strengthen existing client relationships (farming). Achieve regional sales targets and product segment-wise goals. Ensure timely collections as per client-agreed payment terms. Expand geographical reach by identifying and onboarding new clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to derive strategic insights. Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, marketing, and customer support. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Agriculture; MBA in Marketing or Agribusiness preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate account management in agri inputs or allied sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Willing to travel 1520 days per month. Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.
