• Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and select candidates to meet organizational needs.
• Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.

• Onboarding:

• Facilitate the onboarding process, including document collection, induction programs, and system setup.
• Ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.

1. Employee Engagement and Development

• Engagement:

• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular feedback mechanisms.

• Learning & Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
• Support career progression by assisting in performance reviews and development plans

3. HR Operations and Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, payroll inputs, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

4. Performance Management

• Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

5. Offboarding and Exit Management

• Manage the exit process, including resignation handling, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with final settlements, recoveries, and handover formalities.
• Gather insights from exit interviews to improve retention and workplace policies.
