You will actively participate in business meetings to understand the business requirements and carry out effective manpower planning to ensure that manpower costs are within established controls. Your main responsibility will be to recruit the best talent across the region by engaging with line hiring managers and recruitment sources in order to meet manpower needs. You will also be identifying and empanelling recruitment vendors and reviewing their performance. Your role will involve utilizing social media platforms effectively to attract and hire talents for the creative domain. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and managing campus relations, organizing campus visits, internships, and other engagement programs. Ensuring smooth onboarding of new joinees, including handling joining formalities, documentation, and background verification, will be an essential part of your responsibilities. In the HR Business Partnering & Operations aspect of the role, you will conduct exit and stay conversations, manage the off-boarding process for resignees, and track and review disciplinary complaints. You will be tasked with driving the employee recognition program in the region and conducting training needs assessments for colleagues in the region. Your input on training-related logistics for programs conducted in the region will be crucial. Moreover, you will drive the execution of performance management in the stations by ensuring that goal setting and reviews are closed.,
