PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Sales • Prepare detailed plans and achieve defined sales targets in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for IM in defined geography. • Define and cascade various targets to the TMs and below as per the AOP • To build a robust and profitable distribution network of IMs, IC’s and Posp’s. • To build a Roadmap to plan, achieve his target and expand by achieving his Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual targets in various parameters like Manpower, NB premium, product mix, persistency, IM ,IC & Posp’s Hiring and Activisation, club up gradation etc and business quality. • To implement sales strategy and ensure productivity of the field force through strong monitoring mechanisms Sales Review • Periodically conduct reviews with own team to monitor progress on set objectives, track deviations and provide recommendations on course correction to ensure achievement on each parameters. • Monitor and review the MIS to track achievement against set KRAs and parameters. • Analyze patterns to detect potential frauds, involve risk team as required. Business Quality • To ensure compliance and business quality as per the guidelines of the organization • Manage multiple business levers cross to ensure desired quality and quantity of business Market Intelligence • Gather market and competitor intelligence on sales and growth to assess external impact on own vertical and direct counter-action planning to achieve defined objectives. • Know Your Market to devise strategies for deeper market penetration and improved market share by using our strength over Competition. Support & Service To ensure all support/service is rendered to the customer by coordinating with HO/Regional departments and maintain fair & good relationship with the customers. Responsible to implement new changes/process implementing by the organization to the team. Ensure customer complaints/grievance are addressed. Team Building • Hiring and retaining talents for working in Life Insurance business • Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the function Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines • Ensure team members achieve their goal sheet and support them for career development. • Facilitating constant rewards & recognition for team members. • Ensure team members complete their training Mandays.Role & responsibilities Regards Amrapali Jadhav
