Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Regional Head – North Region to lead and oversee programs in health, education, and livelihood. The role requires someone with a strong background in volunteering, program implementation, and team management. Candidates with prior experience in the development sector or ex-defense personnel with leadership exposure are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage GiftAbled programs in the North Region across health, education, and livelihood domains.
• Represent the organization with government bodies, corporates, partner NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth program implementation, monitoring, and reporting in line with organizational goals.
• Build and nurture networks with volunteers, community leaders, and partners to strengthen program impact.
• Oversee regional operations, budgets, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
• Regularly travel across the region to monitor, support, and expand initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields.
• Preferred: Ex-defense personnel or individuals with leadership experience in volunteering and community mobilization.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in managing development sector programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
