📍 Role Snapshot

As Regional Head, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire Sales & Support Managers across Kerala.
• Drive franchise acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth.
• Build a strong pipeline of high-quality franchise partners.
• Strategize, negotiate, and close deals with impact.
• Partner with marketing to roll out powerful regional campaigns.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years in franchise sales or business development (multi-region leadership a must).
• Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
• Education sector or franchise industry experience preferred.
