Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Director located in Pune. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing project management, design & build services, cost management, construction audit, and build to suit solutions within their designated region. The role will involve collaborating closely with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to ensure project excellence.

• Experience in Design & Build services
• Cost Management expertise
• Construction Audit experience
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field
