Job Responsibility

Managing the team of Wealth Managers and guiding them in understanding the
financial need risk appetite of the client recommend suitable products from the
array of financial products available with us like - Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds,
Structured Products, equity, AIF, Real Estate, Life insurance, General Insurance etc
with us like - Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, Structured Products, equity, AIF, Real
Estate, Life insurance, General Insurance etc
Managing a team of Wealth Managers who interact with clients.
Estimating, Forecasting and tracking of Sales and Revenue numbers.
Meeting the Revenue targets the assigned teaM
Manage the distribution of leads/resources to the team to ensure optimum manpower
utilization.
Conducting regular meeting with the team and ensuring that continuous interaction is
carried among the team members and solve their problems/queries in a timely manner
Train the team on all the products of Wealth Management.
Responsible for business development through the acquisition of ultra high net-worth
clients.
Must ensure incremental growth of AUM and Revenue from the team mapped to
theM
Ensure regrettable attrition is under control.
