Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training and skill development programs in the assigned region.
• Serve as the point of contact between TNASDCH and hospitals, training centres, and industry partners.
• Oversee training implementation, including logistics, participant management, and trainer coordination.
• Drive outreach and promotional activities to expand training program participation.
• Monitor program effectiveness, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of training activities, participant data, and reports.
• Provide regular updates to the central office regarding the progress of regional programs.
