Regional Coordinator

As a Support Associate, your role involves providing assistance to the Sales team and distributors. You will be responsible for front-end support and resolving L1 and L2 issues for the sales team and distributors. Your duties will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, testing application systems integrations, managing the ticketed query system, and maintaining an updated database of queries and resolutions. Proficiency in Sales Force Application and/or Dealer Management System would be advantageous. Additionally, you will need to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures align the sales process with application steps and deliver regular training to the Sales team. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate with an additional Diploma in IT Applications from a reputed institution or consulting firm. The ideal candidate should exhibit behavioural competencies such as action orientation, drive for results, technical learning, being a good documenter, and a troubleshooter. Other attributes that would be beneficial include experience in a multi-location environment handling applications in Sales & Production, exposure to FMCG sales processes, working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, good communication skills, and fluency in the local language as per the zone. In terms of benefits, this is a full-time position with health insurance and Provident Fund. The job requires one year of experience in Distributor Management and Salesforce Automation. The work location is in person. Please note that the schedule for this role is 6 days a week, and travel may be required as part of the job responsibilities.
