Regional Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing support to the Sales team and distributor, assisting in solving L1 and L2 issues, working with cross-functional teams, testing application systems integrations, managing ticketed query systems, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, you will deliver regular and customized training to the Sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to Sales team and distributor - Frontend and help solve L1 and L2 issues of Sales team and distributor - Work with Cross-Functional Teams - Assist with testing application systems integrations - Manage ticketed query system and ensure a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date - Maintain Standard Operating Procedures that map the sales process to application steps - Deliver regular and customized training to the Sales team - Working knowledge of Sales Force Application or/and Dealer Management System will be an advantage Qualification Required: - Educational qualification of Any Graduate, Additional Diploma in IT Applications from a reputed institution or consulting firm would be a plus - Experience in Distributor Management and Salesforce Automation for at least 1 year - Behavioral competencies such as action orientation, drive for results, technical learning, good documentation skills, and troubleshooting abilities are required - Other attributes include working in a multi-location environment handling applications in Sales & Production, exposure to FMCG sales processes, working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, good communication skills, and fluency in the local language as per the zone Additional Company Details: The company offers health insurance and Provident Fund as benefits.
