Regional Coordinator

You will be joining an IT company that specializes in Campus Management Software - "CampusCare" since 2000. "CampusCare" is a well-established ERP designed for educational institutions of high quality. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Coordinator to become a part of our Team. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply for this position. Your main responsibilities in this role will include: - Providing help and advice to customers who use our organization's products and services. - Offering technical support for the company's software products. - Coordinating between customers and the company effectively. - Collaborating with Support Managers. - Communicating courteously with customers through various channels such as telephone, email, letters, and face-to-face interactions. - Investigating and resolving customers" problems in a timely manner. - Handling customer complaints and major incidents with professionalism. - Maintaining accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. - Creating written information for customers, which may involve the use of computer packages/software. - Writing reports that analyze the customer service provided by our organization. - Designing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to utilize. - Participating in meetings with other managers to discuss potential improvements to customer service. - Staying informed about our organization's products or services and keeping up to date with any changes. Qualifications and Experience Required: - A graduate degree is essential for this position. - Knowledge, willingness, or experience in handling customers is preferred. - High level of initiative with the ability to self-manage effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel to Bangalore and surrounding regions, including Mysore. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.,
