Coordinate the Company-wide development of financial plans, including budgets and forecasts
Analyze and report on business performance, including revenue, gross profit and OPEX
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast revenues and expenses.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgeted figures.
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Provide financial insights and support to business unit leaders for strategic decision-making.
Partner with the operations team to analyze and forecast unit level profitability
Candidate should be from FMCG industry
Should have handled commercial finance role at regional level
Qualification - M.Com / MBA Finance, CA, CA Inter, ICWA
