As a Project Engineering Manager in the Substation/Renewable sector, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that engineering activities are carried out within the specified time frame, focusing on both quality and cost considerations. You will report to the Head of Engineering and oversee Design Leads for Solar AC, Solar DC, and the Vendor Engineering Lead - Solar. With a minimum qualification of B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering and at least 18 years of experience, you must have a strong background in the design aspects of Substation Construction and leading Engineers in executing multiple projects. Your objective will be to maintain adherence to the project schedule, optimize processes for efficient project delivery, and coordinate with various disciplines such as Civil, Structural, MEP, and Instrumentation.
