Regional Collections Manager

You are a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Collections Manager responsible for leading the collections team. Your role involves developing and implementing effective collections strategies, ensuring collections targets are met, and managing a team of collections professionals. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing collections strategies to maximize recoveries, building customer relationships, managing the collections team, providing coaching and training, collaborating with other departments, ensuring excellent customer service, identifying and mitigating risks, preparing reports for senior management, and analyzing data to optimize collections processes. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, have 7+ years of collections experience in the commercial vehicle/auto loan industry, a proven track record of managing collections teams, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
