Regional Business Manager

Key Requirements

Experience:
16-20 years in selling or servicing
Production/Digital/Heavy-Duty Printers
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in
Printing Technology
(must-have)
Industry Preference:
Production Printing, Digital Commercial Printing
Strong exposure to
commercial segments, advertising agencies, and offset printers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Understanding of
color management
and high-value B2B selling

Responsibilities

Develop and manage client base across Delhi/NCR
Key account management and customer retention
Identify and manage channel partners; ensure growth and compliance
Plan & execute regional marketing activities like exhibitions, demos, roadshows
Coordinate with service, legal, logistics, and finance teams for order closure
Monitor targets, prepare sales reports, and manage account health
