Job Title: Regional Manager – B2B (Luxury Cosmetics & Natural Personal Care)

Brand: Le Chatelard 1802 (France) & Oleanat Natural Creams
Location: Telangana and Andhra Region
Industry: Luxury Cosmetics, Natural Personal Care, Wellness

Role Overview

We are a premium French luxury brand looking for a dynamic Regional Manager / Key Account Specialist who can expand our niche natural product portfolio across Spas, Beauty Parlors, Salons, Super Stores, Boutique Stores, and Wellness Events.

This role is 100% offline and requires a strong B2B network, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to grow regional presence through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Expansion

  • Identify, onboard and manage B2B clients including luxury spas, premium salons, aesthetic clinics, boutique cosmetic stores, and wellness centers.
  • Drive placement of our niche French products across high-potential offline retail channels.
  • Expand the regional distribution footprint and open new territories.

2. Key Account Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with premium customers.
  • Ensure product visibility, promotions, stock rotation, and training support.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing, and commercial agreements with key partners.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan promotional activities, ensure store activation, and participate in luxury and wellness events.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to optimize strategy.

4. Brand Representation

  • Present the brand story, product benefits, and French heritage of Le Chatelard 1802.
  • Train spa/retail staff on product usage and benefits.
  • Ensure brand standards and premium positioning are maintained across all touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong B2B sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, wellness, personal care, or luxury brands.
  • Existing network with spas, salons, beauty parlors, and premium retail stores is a major advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle premium clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with field work.
  • Experience participating in or managing events, exhibitions, and promotional activations.

Qualifications

  • 3–10 years of relevant experience in beauty/cosmetics/wellness.
  • Graduate; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English; local languages added advantage.
