Core Technical Skills

  • Tally ERP / Tally Prime Proficiency
  • Creating and maintaining ledgers, vouchers, and journal entries.
  • GST configuration, filing, and reconciliation.
  • Generating reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc.).
  • Bank reconciliation and inventory management.
  • My Bill Book / Billing Software Knowledge
  • Experience in generating invoices, quotations, and receipts.
  • Handling barcode-based billing, inventory tracking, and payment records.
  • Managing client accounts and payment follow-ups.
  • Accounting & Compliance
  • Solid understanding of double-entry accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filing.
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 1–3 years (junior role) or 3–7 years (senior role) in accounting or finance.
  • Certification in Tally ERP or GST filing is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and numerical ability.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Communication skills for vendor and client coordination.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Recording and updating day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Reconciling bank statements and petty cash.
  • Managing vendor bills and customer invoices.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
  • Preparing monthly GST returns and expense reports.
  • Coordinating with auditors and management for reporting.

Tools & Software

  • Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  • My Bill Book / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets (for MIS reports)
  • Email / WhatsApp / CRM tools for communication and follow-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
