Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
Monday to Saturday .Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager for business development to join us.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of agri-inputs marketplace division, enhancing brand awareness and supporting field marketing operations to ensure successofour business. The ideal candidate is passionate about agriculture, deeply understands the agrochemical market and possesses a strong background in business development.

Responsibilities

Achieve yearly sales targets and manage payment collections
Control travel and promotion budgets effectively
Ad hereto business policy guidelines
Implement salesC business development strategy at the regional level
Recruit and train the right territory sales managers C field officers
Gather market intelligence of territories under supervision
Maintain a structure regional profile-sale, trade partners, farmers, villages, competition, market size, etc.
Maintain proper database of villages, farmers and dealers
Identify, and develop personal contactsC maintain good relations with progressive farmers and trade partners
Plan, participatein and monitor market development activitiesfarmer meetings, promotional events, testimonials from satisfied farmers and submit review reports
Effectively utilize salespro motionmaterialscoupons, posters, banners, etc.Liaison with Department of Agriculture officials incases of need.

Knowledge, Experience Capabilities

6-10 years of experience in agrochemicals industry
Experienced in sales management, customer relationship management
Teamwork and people management skills
Knowledge of local language/ markets/products
Ability to manage performance during ambiguity
Willingness and ability to develop self, people and organization.
