Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regional Business Manager to lead our Eterna team in the Biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 11 years of experience and a strong background in business management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet their targets and provide guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in business management, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on achieving results.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and stakeholders.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, focusing on coaching and development.
