  • Lead and mentor the Key Account team to drive business growth and secure FOB opportunities.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and promoting digital adoption.
  • Maintain a healthy AR position by ensuring timely collections and managing outstanding cases.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within shipping, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, AR management, and FOB business practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
