Regional Account Manager

As a Regional Accounts Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage sales for a set of named enterprise accounts. You will need to achieve customer acquisition and wallet share objectives at a national level within these accounts. It will be essential to identify and acquire high potential accounts within your designated territory. Additionally, you will be required to fulfill the local leg of national deals that are headquartered outside of your territory. To excel in this role, you must focus on building strong and deep relationships in each of the named accounts by mapping across the customer organization to further Lithium's business strategy. Working collaboratively with the site and city operations" team, you will jointly own the customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, particularly involving complex and solution sales. A personal network of Facility Management heads in top corporates will be advantageous, along with exposure to start-ups. Your performance will be evaluated based on various metrics such as account penetration, revenue target achievement, order booking target achievement, account profitability, product penetration targets, year-on-year growth of overall business, and the same account business. Furthermore, your ability to drive the adoption of Salesforce and other digital tools, improve the Customer Net Promoter Score, and showcase innovation and initiatives will be crucial for success in this role.,
