Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic

Legal & Compliance

professional from

small to mid-sized listed companies-preferably from the automotive industry

. This role is ideal for someone who is second in line to the Head of Legal and ready to take on a larger responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and provide legal protection & risk management advice.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
  • Monitor and coordinate with external lawyers.
  • Provide strategic legal guidance to management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive effective stakeholder management.

Mandatory Skills

  • Listed company experience is must
  • Legal compliance expertise
  • Strong contract drafting & negotiation skills
