• Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy for the designated

region.

• Prepare annual regional marketing plans and budgets aligned with corporate

objectives.

• Effectively allocate and optimize regional marketing budgets, ensuring maximum

ROI.

• Market Insights & Research

• Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and

market forecasts.

• Provide actionable insights to the business and product teams to support strategic

decision-making.

• Collaborate with regional business teams to identify opportunities and challenges

within the market.

• Brand Management & Campaigns

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns tailored for the region across multiple

channels—print, digital, on-ground activities, and partnerships.

• Ensure brand messaging remains strong, consistent, and aligns with corporate

brand guidelines across all platforms.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance; recommend improvements for future

initiatives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, operations, product, and corporate marketing teams to

ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.

• Support launch of new products, services, or modules with region-specific

marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of regional markets, preferably in the retail or jewelry sector.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

• Experience in budgeting, media planning, and campaign performance analysis.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and local/regional media networks is a plus.
