Responsible for selling Patient Care Solutions products within the geographic area of Mumbai and Gujarat. Product portfolio includes: Anesthesia and Respiratory Care, Diagnostic Cardiology, Patient Monitoring, Maternal and Infant Care, Digital Care
Sales coverage is managed through both direct and indirect channels.
Develops specialized knowledge of the latest commercial developments in the assigned area.
Utilizes strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
Contributes to strategy and policy development, ensuring effective delivery within the area of responsibility.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices and understands how their area integrates with others.
Maintains working knowledge of competitors and key differentiators in the market.
Applies judgment to solve moderately complex tasks or problems across projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customer engagements.
Brings new perspectives to existing solutions and uses technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
Leverages multiple internal and limited external sources beyond their own function to inform decisions.
Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects with moderate risk and resource requirements.
Communicates difficult or sensitive information effectively and works to build consensus.
Develops persuasion skills to influence others on topics within their field of expertise.
This role requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and product selling of medical equipments and devices
The required knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Proven capability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
Demonstrated experience in leading programs and projects.
Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
Established project management expertise.
Willingness to take on challenging responsibilities.
Key expertise in representing the organization at large accounts
Developing persuasion skills to influence stakeholders within the field.
