Job Overview:

Sri Easwari Scientific Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of refrigeration systems within our range of climatic test chambers and other related products. This role requires a strong understanding of refrigeration principles, mechanical systems, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:
• Design and develop refrigeration systems for various climatic test chambers, including temperature and humidity chambers, thermal shock chambers, and others.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing designs, ensuring energy efficiency and performance optimization.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Installation and Testing:
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of refrigeration systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance standards.
• Conduct performance tests and analyze data to validate system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing and operation phases.
• Maintenance and Support:
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for refrigeration systems installed in client facilities.
• Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Offer technical support and training to clients and in-house teams on refrigeration system operation and maintenance.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure all refrigeration systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of designs, testing procedures, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI / Deplomo / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Experience with climatic test chambers or similar equipment is a plu

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or related certifications.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for installation and maintenance projects across India.
• Ability to relocate to Chennai if not already based there.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
