Refrigeration Technician

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning system
• Experience
• Minimum 2 years relevant field experience (Preferred)
• Job Responsibilities
• Installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of refrigeration systems
• Strong Knowledge in installation refrigeration unit
• Strong knowledge in tube selection and brazing
• Knowledge in testing leak ,vacuuming and charging refrigerant gas.
• Execute refrigerant charging (R407c) – preferably using weight measurement systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and service manuals
• Diagnose complex technical issues.
• Provide structured product performance feedback to the management
• Ensure safe use of hand and power tools during Production
• Maintain Company's asset safety, cleanliness
• Perform complex repairs independently with minimal supervision
• Train and mentor junior technicians when required
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of customer information, and protection of company assets
• Build positive team relationships and communicate clearly and professionally
