  • Providing support on all versions of SQL Starting from 2014 to SQL 2022
  • Installation and configuration of Standalone as well as clustered instances of SQL Server with SSIS/SSRS
  • Patching of Standalone as well as clustered instances of SQL Server
  • Hardening SQL Server as per WNS Standard DB Hardening policy
  • Providing support for upgrade to higher versions
  • Setting up of DR sites using log shipping, always on etc.
  • Providing support for Backup / Restores / migrations of databases, logins and Jobs
  • Providing support for troubleshooting of all issues related to Databases
  • Troubleshooting performance issues, performance tuning and Query optimization
  • Hands on Experience in development of ETLs using SSIS
  • Providing support for SQL Database like Azure, AWS and SQL and Manged instance or RDS
  • Though not mandatory expected to have working knowledge of Postgres on Windows
  • Knowledge of AWS RDS PostgreSQL Administration

Qualifications

Diploma or Graduate with requisite experience
