Recruitment Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of US Pharma Recruiters to achieve consistent hiring and delivery goals.
• Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets aligned with organizational objectives. • Oversee the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placements for scientific, regulatory, and manufacturing roles. • Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to understand skill gaps, job needs, and market expectations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, MSPs, and vendors in the US Pharma staffing space. • Monitor team performance, analyze recruitment metrics, and ensure timely, high-quality submissions. • Identify new client opportunities, share market insights, and drive strategic hiring initiatives. • Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing standards, maintaining complete documentation.

To lead a high-performing Pharma Recruitment Team that delivers quality talent, strengthens client partnerships, and drives consistent organizational growth.

• 6+ years of experience in US Staffing (Pharma/Life Sciences domain preferred).
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in a night-shift / onsite model. • Deep knowledge of Pharma & Life Sciences roles CRA, QC/QA, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, R&D, Manufacturing, etc. • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
