Key Responsibilities: 1. Bulk Hiring Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end mass recruitment drives for BPO, logistics, warehousing, and related sectors. Identify high-potential talent pools (colleges, vocational institutes, job portals, referrals, etc.) for quick hiring. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract large numbers of candidates in short timeframes. 2. Vendor & Channel Management: Manage relationships with staffing agencies, training institutes, and manpower suppliers for bulk hiring. Leverage walk-in drives, job fairs, and digital campaigns to meet hiring targets. Ensure cost-effective hiring while maintaining quality and retention standards . 3. Process Optimization & Compliance: Streamline recruitment workflows for faster onboarding (screening, assessments, interviews, documentation). Ensure adherence to hiring compliance, background checks, and industry regulations . Use ATS/recruitment tools to track hiring metrics and improve efficiency. 4. Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead a team of recruiters to meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets . Collaborate with client HR teams, operations managers, and leadership to align hiring needs. Provide data-driven reports on hiring progress, challenges, and solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years in bulk recruitment , preferably in BPO, logistics, e-commerce, or retail hiring . Strong network with training institutes, manpower suppliers, and job portals for quick hiring. Expertise in high-volume screening, assessments, and onboarding processes . Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills . Familiarity with ATS, recruitment analytics, and automation tools . Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver 500+ hires per month . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in blue-collar/gig workforce hiring . Knowledge of regional hiring hubs (North India preferred) .
