Role Overview

. The intern will work closely with senior stakeholders and learn to leverage HR technology for efficiency.
Detailed Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Job Posting & Branding
- Draft and publish job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
- Support employer branding initiatives on social media.
- Candidate Sourcing
- Source profiles via job boards, social networking, referrals, and innovative methods.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Screening & Coordination
- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely communication.
- Interview Support
- Assist in conducting telephonic screenings and reference checks.
- Prepare interview schedules and maintain trackers.
Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Pre-Onboarding
- Share offer letters and collect acceptance confirmations.
- Guide candidates on required documentation and timelines.
- Document Collection & Verification
- Collect and verify identity proofs, educational certificates, previous employment records, PAN, and bank details.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
- Background Verification
- Initiate and track background checks (employment, education, criminal record).
- Induction & Orientation
- Prepare induction kits and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Introduce new hires to hospital policies, culture, and key stakeholders.
- HRIS & Data Management
- Update employee details in HRIS and maintain accurate records.
- Generate onboarding reports and ensure timely completion of formalities.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital SOPs, and confidentiality norms.
- Assist in drafting and communicating HR policies and updates.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR basics and recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS tools, and data management.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri) and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Tech-savvy mindset; ability to use tools like Copilot/ChatGPT for automation and content creation.
Eligibility
- MBA in HR (2025 pass-out).
- Passion for HR and willingness to learn in a dynamic healthcare environment.
