Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team in Porvorim, Goa. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting and hiring top talent to support Kilowott's IT and digital services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for IT and digital services roles.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, technical assessments, and follow-up meetings with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT and digital recruitment, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with HR team members to support various recruitment initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the digital services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, web development, digital marketing, and UX/UI design.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for technical roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, Keka tool would be add on
• Experience working in an agency or corporate environment is preferred.
