As a Recruitment Executive at Aarvi Encon Limited, you will be part of a dynamic team in a leading company located in Vadodara. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the recruitment needs of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source potential candidates through online channels, job portals, and networking - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements - Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding of successful candidates **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment If you are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and have prior experience in recruitment, this is an excellent opportunity for you to join our team.
