🔍 Role Overview:

As a BFSI Recruiter at UpMan Placements, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for BFSI roles – from job posting to closure.
• Handle permanent hiring mandates across BFSI verticals: Retail Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, Wealth Management, Fintech, etc.
• Sourcing candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting & mapping strategies.
• Strong understanding of roles like RM, BDM, Credit Analyst, Branch Banking, Insurance Advisors, etc.
• Conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• Maintaining a robust candidate database and daily pipeline updates.
• Building a solid referral network and tapping into passive talent pools.
• Collaborating with internal teams and mentoring junior recruiters (if applicable).
• Ensure timely delivery and quality placements with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
