Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & functional recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical support and corporate/functional roles.
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
