Recruitment Consultant

Target Mind is seeking a recruitment consultant to join our nursing team for UK Based Healthcare Recruitment Agency.

Agency supplies the UK's largest Care Homes and hospitals, plus the NHS. It’s an exciting time to be in at the start with us, surrounded by people willing you to succeed. You will inherit a “warm” desk with some existing candidates, marketing support, ample jobs to fill, plus support from our established teams.

The role of a involves:

• Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and the company database.
• Posting job Adverts and qualifying candidates’ suitability for positions and presenting work opportunities to them.
• Arranging interviews and preparing candidates to attend interviews.
• Negotiation of salaries / pay rates.
• Maintaining candidate data on a database in a timely and accurate manner.
• Being comfortable achieving sales targets and KPI’s in a target-driven fast paced environment.

Training and support, where required is readily available.

About You:

You will have Healthcare or temporary recruitment experience. Other recruitment experience considered. Driven and proactive in your approach, with a strong work ethic and commitment to going the extra mile, you will be tenacious and resilient in nature.

You must be a strong team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
