Role Description

This is a 6 month's contract with high possibility of extension role for a Recruitment Consultant at ConverzAI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to translate job descriptions to shorter conversational formats. 
• Ensure great candidate experience throughout the communication and consistent follow ups. 
• Being well-versed with skills for various domains such as IT, Non-IT, Healthcare etc. 
• Source & Screen interested candidates and line up their interview.  
• Analyse and organize raw data e.g., job description.  
• Verify and maintain job data accuracy by comparing it with source data. 
• Reviewing data for deficiencies and errors, and correcting any incompatibilities. 
• Explore ways to enhance data quality, reliability, and accuracy. 
• Turnaround time should be strictly adhered. 
• Reporting to team leader on daily basis.  

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field. 
• MBA from Tier 3 is a plus. 
• 1-5 years of experience in US IT/non-IT recruitment. 
• Chat/Email Support experience is plus.
• Understanding or hands-on experience in recruiting and knowledge on ATS’s is must have. 
• Experience managing end to end recruiting in high growth environments. 
• Recruiting certification or relevant training is a plus.  

Requirements:

• 100% remote work, and working in PST or EST hours.  
• Should we flexible to work on Saturday and Sunday, with alternate 2 days weekoff.  
• Good internet bandwidth for audio and video calls. 
• Good command of English both oral and written; clear communication.  
• Great attention to detail. 
• Understanding of data confidentiality principles.
