About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who will manage recruitment MIS, candidate pipeline tracking, scheduling and communication. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy in reporting, and efficient coordination with candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate must be having experience as an recruitment co-ordinator involving candidate communication, scheduling interview & maintaining candidate pipeline.
1. Candidate Pipeline Management
• Track the entire candidate journey from CV sharing to interview completion. • Update and maintain daily candidate pipelines and follow-up trackers. • Coordinate with candidates to confirm availability, interview schedules, and status updates. • Ensure timely follow-up to avoid dropouts and keep candidates engaged.
2. MIS & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports. • Maintain dashboards and performance trackers in Excel. • Present data in a clear and accurate format for internal and client updates. • Ensure all reports are updated on time with zero errors.
3. Candidate Communication
• Communicate job details, interview instructions, and status updates to candidates. • Handle candidate queries professionally and promptly. • Maintain a record of conversations and follow-ups. • Ensure a smooth candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
4. Interview & Scheduling Coordination
• Schedule candidate interviews (telephonic, virtual, or face-to-face). • Share interview confirmations and reminders with candidates. • Coordinate with internal teams or hiring managers for interview availability.
