Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Recruitment Coordinator to support the end-to-end hiring process for GCC-based job requirements. The candidate must be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling large volumes of recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for GCC job placements
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule and manage interviews with clients and candidates
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients
• Prepare and share job descriptions and follow-up reports
• Support documentation and visa processing coordination, if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
