Job Description

Your key responsibilities include - Facilitating the entire recruitment process
Ensuring availability of complete Job Descriptions
Determining staffing needs and producing forecasts
Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Leveraging various sourcing channels effectively
Ensuring productivity and utilisation metrices of each team member
Developing content for candidate evaluation in collaboration with BU Heads
Managing key Recruitment metrices such as On-time closures, Time to Fill, Source Mix, Offer to Ratio, Diversity Mix, Joiner Quality, Missed Opportunities
Handling escalations and facilitating stakeholder management
Sharing and implementing process efficiency ideas like automation or lean processes
Adhering to processes, SLA, and compliance
Presenting the dashboard
To excel in this role, you should have - 8+ years of experience in Recruitment
Experience leading other recruiting support staff
The ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers in a positive, cooperative, and professional manner
The ability to work effectively with a team, matrixed structured environment, with minimal supervision and a certain level of ambiguity
In-depth understanding of business, open requirements / growth trends
In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits
Hands-on experience in using job portals
Hands-on experience in hiring in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
The ability to use numbers for recruiting solutions
Proficiency in MS Office suite
