Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Assistant Manager based in Agra. The Recruitment Assistant Manager will handle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role involves overseeing recruitment strategies, ensuring hiring targets are met, collaborating with department managers to fulfill staffing requirements, managing data, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. You will also assist in implementing recruitment initiatives for talent acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding best practices
Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in relevant applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Data management and ability to analyze recruitment metrics
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Prior experience in the recruitment field or related managerial role
