As a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Assistant Manager at FPS, you will play a key role in supporting the volume talent acquisition process within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing recruitment strategies and managing the recruitment team. - Ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that aligns with organizational goals. - Acting as a consultant to multiple teams and departments, making sound decisions based on data. - Identifying gaps and resolving issues through educated and data-driven decisions. - Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand and address workforce planning requirements. - Influencing business leaders to deliver quality assessment and candidate experience. - Driving productivity improvements to meet hiring goals without scaling resources faster than business growth. - Promoting a culture of constant improvement and implementing projects to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year as a Recruiting Manager and strong account management skills. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Preferred). - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office applications. - Experience in conducting interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation. - Experience in leading and managing in a hybrid setup (onsite & remote/virtual) environment. - Familiarity with social media and professional networks. - Collaborative with a high level of accountability and ownership of targets and metrics. - Excellent verbal and written communication, team management, and presentation skills. - Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and follow up proactively with stakeholders. - Graduate in any field, preferably in Psychology.,
