The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms and social media channels.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather necessary documentation.
• Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
