Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, headhunting firms, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate options.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes, including lateral hiring and talent sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
