Key Responsibilities


  • Manage senior stakeholders in fast-moving, complex and difficult client environments enhancing AMS'S reputation within the business acting in an advisory capacity. ·
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define resourcing strategies and plans that meet medium to long term client objectives, enable AMS to plan ahead. ·
  • Develop accurate hiring forecasts for the Business Units supported and share with relevant AMS individuals. ·
  • Develop an effective sourcing and talent community strategy to meet the BU needs, along with the Sourcing team. ·
  • Deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using relevant sourcing channels to reduce time to hire and increase account profitability. ·
  • Lead and manage the on-site teams, driving the team to ensure that productivity, account profitability and customer satisfaction are priorities. ·
  • Manage a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets and contractual SLAs by providing objectives, direction, and continual feedback on progress. ·
  • Deliver continuous improvement projects and client specific projects. · Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. ·
  • Keeping up to date on recruitment trends and hiring strategies and enforcing them within the company. ·
  • A sense of ownership and pride in self-performance and its impact on the company's success


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • Candidate with minimum 6 years of experience managing E2E recruitment from sourcing to candidate offer and acceptance. ·
  • Experience working in Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD (Paint industry is preferred). ·
  • Should have minimum 3+ years of team handling experience. ·
  • Candidate should have exp in Sourcing, screening, Offer management and other E2E Recruitment activities. ·
  • Candidates must have worked on hiring positions like - Accounts, HR, IT, Supply chain, Research division etc. ·
  • Should be aware of any ATS - Success factor (Preferred). ·
  • Good communication skills, Team Management skills & stakeholder Management
