Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle for MNC clients – from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements (skills, experience, fitment, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth hiring closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams of client organizations.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Keep track of daily submissions, interview schedules, and closure reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT) – agency or consulting background preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in handling MNC clients (preferred).
