Join our team as a Recruiter and play a pivotal role by attracting and hiring top talent across various levels. You will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to identify individuals who are not only technically skilled but also deeply aligned with our Principle Based Management culture. As part of Koch Recruiting, you will join a dynamic team operating within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Our team supports various Koch subsidiaries, and we work in a collaborative environment where being agile and curious about working across businesses and functional areas is encouraged. What You Will Do
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads across engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Civil, Production) to understand staffing needs and project goals.
  • Identify, screen/evaluate, and engage candidates whose abilities and motivations align with Koch’s values and vision; coordinate interviews and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador to attract contribution-motivated talent and strengthen Koch’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Use data, technology, and market insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies and make informed, mutually beneficial hiring recommendations.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and professional networks.

  • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Minimum 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on engineering or technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical terminology.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media outreach).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and modern recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
